Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
okay my girlfriend got sent to jail from jail she got sent to rehab while in rehab she got raped after reporting it they called the police and sent her back to jail and the man who raped her didn't have to face any consequences for his actions this happened in January of 2011 does she still have the ability to file charges criminally or does she have a civil case against the rehab this gets very confusing do to HIPPA laws
