Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Is the Good Samaritan Act an actual law in Penna? And if so why am I being charged with criminal offenses? I thought they encouraged people to seek help with overdoses ??

I'm not aware of any and apparently neither are the police who arrested you. So may take there isn't such a law or if there is it didn't apply in this case.
