Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

how would it be possible for a person to be convicted if he had same residue on his hands as the victim ..from everyday living.. no gsr on his clothes or shoes, .23 alcohol level.. time frame less than 5 min ..to be convicted of killing someone... how is easy is it to clean off gsr from clothes and shoes.in the time frame i have given..also 3 min of that time he was on phone with 911 and 1 min with his mother....

It depends on all of the evidence, not just gun shot residue. I'm not real clear on the question here.
