Guilty Plea Colloquy
My brother signed a guilty plea colloquy for 7 years, upon completion of his time the parole board gave him another year.He has not had any misconducts during his incarceration. Can this be reversed, and get him released?

Re: Guilty Plea Colloquy
Do you mean that the parole board did not parole him at his minimum, or that he was paroled, then violated, and they gave him a hit that took away his street time? Your question is confusing, because NOBODY can actually extend the sentence beyond the original amount of jail time. If something like that has somehow happened, you need to contact a criminal defense attorney with post-trial experience right away.
