can I get a gun permit in philadelphia pa if I get my criminal record expunged & pardon

It is tough to get a gun permit in the cities. Even if you are successful in getting a conviction expunged, the internet now shows Magisterial District Justice dockets and they are public record. Getting your criminal record expunged does have other advantages, though.
