This guy called the police an said i filled out a check of his an signed it an cashed it the police called me an wants me to go in an fill out a statement i didnt fill out the check or sign his name .i want to know if the police can arresst me when i go in to fill outthe statement an what they can do i did cash it but he is the one that filled it out an signed his name an now hes tryna get me for it
