Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
If a guy just got caught for possessing drugs and other things and its under investigation, and there are rumors of him selling to minors, can these minors now 18 get in trouble of they ever bought from him in the PAST??... theres no physical evidence just the word of mouth. Also can txt messages be evidence? can they be proof?

If they bought from you they might be given a pass to testify against you.
Yes text messages can be used in evidence. Anything that is evidence proves something.
