Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

whats going to happen now

i had ahering and it was a mistrail and there no avdance here just hersay and the witness all have crimal records and now the cop who give motive so they could arrest me was just arrest for steeling drugs and money and lying about being arrest in the past to become a cop so now whats going to with my case

If it was a mistrial it is up to the D.A.s Office to decide whether to retry you or not. I haven't had one of these for a while but years ago a common tactic was to file a motion to dismiss arguing that the new case was barred by double jeopardy because the Prosecutor intentionally caused the mistrial. You want to discuss this with the attorney that handled the trial since he or she is in the best position to evaluate what has gone on and to make plans for further proceedings if the D.A. does refile.
