Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
What can happen
States Attorney,is offering me Indecent Assault,based on a course of conduct,gradedas a Felony of the Third Degree.What does this mean,and what am I looking at as a possible sentence.They are not looking for jail time.
