Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I have been harassed by cell phone for the majority of 18mths. I know who is doing it. I had his number blocked on my cell phone, but the blocking time expired. He started calling & texting again, & now has gotten my landline number & started calling that. He has only left one recent voicemail message saying to answer when he calls me. By text, he says he "would never hurt me but he HAS to talk to me, either by phone or in person." I can re-block his number, but should I also send him a certified letter saying that if he has something to say to do it by mail, or should I just continue to ignore him? I have no idea why he says he HAS to talk to me. I don't trust him & have been frightened by things he said in the past. (I have spoken to the police about it once, but I did not file any charges.) Thank you.

This could be a much more serious situation than you think---
Don't be too kind to this person....FILE CHARGES! See the police immediately. Call Women Against Abuse as well....they may have some advice even though there is no physical abuse ...
or is there?...
If you were to go see him, it could and probably would be a disaster.
