Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was being harassed via text messages & calls, so I blocked this man's phone number. Now he is calling me incessently from his employer's phone lines. There are too many for me to block. I have recorded many of these, and not sure if I can get older records from my cell phone carrier. This has been going on for 15mths. & caused me fear & panic attacks. Do I have enough information to file harassment charges? I live in PA.

You could file harassment changes and get a PFA to prevent him contacting you in the future.
