Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
harassment
so I can call the police say that
someone hit me even if I'm making it
up tell the cop I don't want to press
charges against the person but the cop
can mail that person a fine without
hearing that persons story or asking
that person questions face to face?
