Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
harassment charge
I consulted with an attorney about a harassment charge and I intend to plead not guilty. However, my question is do I still have to pay the fine on the summons with my not guilty plea? I truly cannot afford it.

Re: harassment charge
You need to contact the district magistrate's office and see how much you need to pay in advance.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
