I have been charged by my ex husbands new with with harassment on her wedding day which is a lie she filed with the da should i get a lawyer

Yes. Harassment carries with it a connotation that most employers do not interpret favorably. If the matter is a citation/summary offense you can fight it yourself at the dsitrict justice's office. However, if you do not get the result you are after, you may want to file a summary appeal in the court of common pleas. To do this, you should hire a lawyer because the "victim" will be represented by the DA. Nonetheless, if you want to have the best opportuntiy to win...hire a good, experienced criminal defense lawyer...call a few to see which you prefer prior to hiring one.
