What Is the Penalty for Aggravated Harassment ? I am the victim and for this person it is their second time for this charge.

There is no statute involving "aggravated" harassment. But if it falls under the more serious charges of harassment it is a misdemeanor of the third degree. Otherwise it is a summary offense.
