harassment/disoderlycont towards juvenil

there was a fright bet. my 8 yr son was jumped by school mate at the bus stop. it just so happneed that i was droping is sister and saw them ganging up on him. i when and pull my so from the crowd and use the word ''your get your hands off of him, what the hell your think you are doing'' but now,

i got a citation from delaware county/yeadon boro, charging me with cursing and yelling at juvenil in public,grabbing and using, ''F'' word (this is harassment charge) for disorderly, i'm charge with ''obscene language in front of kids'' two different citations. i would like to plead not guilty. can u help?

It sounds like you have a decent defense. If they are summary offenses you are entitlted to a trial at the District Court Level and if not successful you have a right to a trial in common pleas court. I offer free consultations.

In addition, using the "F" word isn't obscene unless it was used in a sexual manner...which is not what you are describing. That's a bogus charge.
