Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
harrassment
a security guard in the community where i reside, was very angry with me because as a women alone in the car at night i would not pull over until i reached the end of the community where it was very well lit. he then trumpt up alot of charges on me without just cause, question what should i do when i go to court?

First of all, a "security guard" can't pull you over as far as I know...only a police officer can. Secondly, the law protects people who don't stop immediately if they are going to a well lit area, so long as they give some indication that that's what they intend to do (i.e., call 911 and tell them what you're doing, putting on your flashers, going slower instead of speeding up, etc.)
