Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I heard a term on a show that I can't remember. It was defined as a criminal act that one commits that is brought to light and the actor may say that they were ignorant to the law. What is the term that describes this person knowingly continuing to perform that act after being warned that it is illegal? They then cannot say that they did not know it was a crime.
