Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
hit and run
My now ex-girlfriend hit my neighbors car and took off. I removed the paint from the car. Anyway she lucked out and got away with it. Since then she has created many problems for me. If I turn her in how much trouble will I get into for removing the paint and how much trouble will she get into?

Re: hit and run
Tampering with evidence comes to mind. Also you could be charged with hit and run as well. You gave aid to the criminal act so you have accomplice liability.
