Hi,will a pending case show up on a criminal background check. No atrest not fingerprintrf thanks

I would say yes, only because your arrest is visible in public records. However, it will depend on the type of background check that the company will perform. Some background checks only pick up convictions, while others pick up arrest, convictions, and anything else.
