Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

What if I hold a party where underage kids are attending and they have been drinking before (but were not consuming alcohol at my venue, nor was I distributing at the time of the event) and the police came in and found the underage kids drunk. Would I be held accountable for the underage drinking? If so, what would the consequences be?

If they showed up drunk, then you're not responsible for making them drunk. But if the police don't believe that's what happened, you could get into trouble based on appearances. You might also be held civilly responsible (in other words, you might be sued for damages) if you let them engage in dangerous activities while drunk.
