Re: hot urine test while on state parole
If she is on state parole, the state parole board controls her fate. Usually there is an informal hearing within 30 days of the date of incarceation. After which, she will either be released or sent to a state correctional facility unless she has a new open case. If she has a new open case, she could sit in the county until 30 days past the end of the new case.
If she is on county parole, you should contact the parole officer and the chambers for the Judge for whom she is on parole and ask them nicely when her next hearing is scheduled.
If you need more info, or if anything i wrote is unclear, please feel free to email at [email protected]. good luck to your daughter.
