House Arrest
My boyfriend is about to go on house arrest, in Bellfonte, PA.
He claims that when on house arrest, he is not allowed to have vistors, or people stay over.
Is this true?

It may be one of the conditions imposed by the Probation Officer. There is usually also drug and alcohol testing during the period of house arrest. I've never heard of this as a condition but I haven't practiced in Bellefonte and it wouldn't surprise me.
