Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
my husband and i are codefendents in acriminal case,hes in jail and im out on bail.we are not separated and have no problems with our relationship,no history of abuse physical or mental but the judge put a no contact order on me.to not talk to him at all or i will go back to jail.i have read other cases but they all had to do with domestic cases. can they do that to me for no reason?

Why is there a no contact order? In theory if you are co-defendants you might need to communicate to mount a common defense. Hard to say without knowing the underlying criminal charges. What does you criminal defense attorney say about the order?
