Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
my husband was convicted of a felony approx. 40 years ago was ordered probation did not receive probation or any jail time. My house was burglarized, his weapon was stolen, now the police wont return it because they say he is not allowed to possess a weapon. The pics checked cleared. No crimes in 40 years.

Doesn't matter a convicted felony is not allowed to own firearms in Pennsylvania. On the plus side they didn't charge him with weapons possession
