Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
my husband got cought driving with a suspended licence at a DUI check point, on the police report the cop wrote down all the wrong information about the car he was driving that night if he pleas guilty the he has a 500.00 dolor fine and 60 days in jail what should we do

If he takes it to court he can argue that the information is correct. The case however is was he driving, not what he was driving. and Was his license suspended at the time.
If he's looking at jail time this isn't his first offense. So whats his excuse for driving on a suspended license?
