Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

my husband is currenty in jail for something he didn;t do...
in 2006 my nephew stayed at my home with my kids and my husabnd and i. that following thursday i got a call from children and youth. they told me that my husband is being investigated for sexual molesting my nephew.. well me and my childen were home that night.. and i know for a fact that he didn't do it... we all are devestaed by this.. anyway children and youth founded my husband. the cops supposably investigated him but they didn't. he went to trail my nephew couldn't remember what happened from that night in question and changed his story 3 times and the cop changed his story 2 by sayin that his police report was probably wrong.. how can a d.a. put an injunction on paper work that my nephew made other accuzations on someone else? they tried to hide the fact that therewasn't any paperwork on that but there was and she put that injunction on it at the trial. so how can someone knowing that he made prior accusations? my son told me that my nephew touched him on several occasions so i told the cops that and they said there was nothing they coulld do.. so i called and went to see them and they said they would investigate it but never did.. at the trial the cop lied and said he never talked to me and children and youth said that 2?
