Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
my husband has a hearing on the 25th of this month. for possession and intent to deliver. he is in rehab right now and he wont be out in time for the hearing how do i get his hearing postponed? he does not have a public defender or attorney at this time?

He needs to get an attorney ASAP. These are serious charges so you shouldn't waste time.
You could call the magistrate where the hearing is scheduled and provide them written proof from the rehab to request the postponement. They still could refuse though. More likely to get it if he has an attorney.
