Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My husband plead no contest to a plea agreement for something that he didn't actually do, because we could no longer afford the back and for to court. He has to do 18 months probation and has to pay court cost. The judge and the prosecutor said that would be all he had to do, but at his first visit the probation officer added on extra stuff, which included drug testing and anger management. Both of those the judge said he didn't feel were necessary. What should we do, can the probation officer make him do extra stuff that he doesn't need to do?

No probation cannot add conditions if the judge didn't require them. Consult an attorney.
