Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
my husband is serving a 9 to 18 year sentence for burglary, intent to deliver, and a couple other charges and his lawyer filed an appeal with the superior court how long does it take for an appeal.

Depending on factors like complexity, grounds for appeal, and merit, it could take between 6 months and 2 years.
Very few cases are "won" on appeal so don't get your hopes up.
