Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

My husband is on state (PA) probation. He violated and was sent to jail to await the outcome of his hearing. He has court on 6/26/14 and the charge was to be dismissed once the restitution was paid. It was paid, and he is still sitting in jail, how long does it take to get charges dismissed? He has been gone almost 10 weeks, this is getting ridiculous!
