Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

just want an idea

my fiancewas 24 when he was dating a 14 year old girl hes now 28and the girl 17 the had a 10 months relationship her parents gave them permission to date he also had permission to take her on vacations now he got sentenced 15 to30 months to jail and 2 1/2 years of state probation i just wanted to know how much of his time does he have to do before he can come home this has taken place in washington county in p.a. its only been 2 weeks hes in jail

the minimum amount of time is 15 months and the maximum is 30 months. when he gets close to the 15 months, the state parole board will look at his file and determine when exactly they will release him.
