Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Is it possible to get an 'identity theft' or 'failure to correct' charge taken off your criminal record. If so, what do you have to do?

The only charges that can be expunged from a criminal record are summary offenses and crimes in which the charges were dropped or you were found not guilty of. If that is the case with you, you would need to file a petition with the court to get an expungement order.
