Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Identity Theft

My ex husb. and I no longer get along however, when we did get along he gave me permission to put a phone in his name, he is now claiming he did not - trying to get me for identity theft. We were still married but separated at the time; the only witness I have is another one of his ex girlfriends - although this is the girlfriend he lived with at the time he gave me permission. I thought the bill was paid in full because I transferred the phone number to Comcast (from Verizon). Today a police officer called me about a $54 bill and I paid that but I found another bill from the same acct. (Apparently they split bill..basic, non-basic, etc.) I have a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and he could really try to destroy me with his false accusations. He has tried to call Children & Youth - failed; then told officers I ran over his foot - failed; he tries to make trouble all the time with me! He never paid a bill or had a bill in his name even when we lived together - I know this doesn't account for anything legally but I also never really went after child support until recently - he met a girl that does not like kids - and we have two - so if he doesn't see them much, I feel he should pay for them. Does he have a case? I'm nervous!!!
