Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Identity theft on internet
My daughters e-mail and myspace accounts were hacked. We know who it is
but we can't prove it. I am also having trouble getting the web sites to help
me. The person who hacked the accounts use them daily by sending
messages and e-mails of a bad nature to get my daughter in trouble.
Is there anything we can do? I am referring to 13 year old children. The
parents of the other child are not interested. In addition, my daughter is not
the only person she does this to.

A way to prove who is doing is to sue the parents of the child as the child's guardians and subpeona the websites records for IP addresses.
