illegal search and arrest?

was pulled over for license plate light ran my name came up with active warrant was arrested and searched they found small amount marijuana and paraphanellia taken to prison went to court were they realized it was clerical error and i was improperlly arrested case dissmissed does that mean the paraphanellia and small amount is now a ilegal search and seizure

Strangely enough, I had a case like that about fifteen years or so ago. There was a mistake at the dispatcher's office and the plate on my client's vehicle (her boyfriend's) was called in as another vehicle's. She was pulled over but not because of anything to do with her driving but because of the plate. She was over the DUI limit but we had the results of the stop suppressed on grounds that there was no probable cause and we did eventually win the case.
