Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

getting info on local case

I am under the impression that all hearings are public info. If I wanted to get information about a hearing that was held last year how do I go about that? There was a local resident that was brought up on charges for selling drugs to local minors. I would like to find out more about that trial.

If you know the person's name you can go to the Clerk of The Quater Session (Or Criminal Clerk) ofice at your County Court House.
