Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
interstate extradition
My boyfriend is being held in prison in PA and they gave Florida 14 days to come and get him which will be up on Friday...well Florida called and said that they cannot get him until the end of the month. Can The county prison hold him past the date in which they told Florida to come get him?

Re: interstate extradition
They can't hold him forever. Did your boyfriend waive extradition?

Re: interstate extradition
they can hold him until they decide otherwise unless you get your lawyer or a lawyer from the pd's office to get him out after 14 days.
