Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I was involved in a verbal dispute with my girlfriend, she must have called the police. I left her house and was stopped by police who found marijuana in my car. Since no crime was commited do they have a right to stop me.

They could stop you to investigate the call that your girlfriend made. Whether or not the search was valid is another question. i would need more facts to be able to tell you whether the search was ok or not.
Either way, if you haven't already done so, you should retain a lawyer asap. It is important to have a lawyer involved early in the process.
If you have not already retained a lawyer, feel free to give me a call.
