Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Jail!
I have 1 dui i've been convicted of. I have 3 pending now which would be my fourth. No accidents. Just speeding. I have 2 with one judge and 1 with another. Is there anyway around the 1yr mandatory jail sentence?
