Job application

I plead guilty to a DUI in 1992 and was given ARD and was told the record would be wiped clean in 7 years. Do I have to disclose this in a job application

The issue really is whether or not your record has actually been expunged. You may have to actually file a motion to expunge your record. Depends what county you are in. We can help filing this motion. Once your record has been expunged, and depending on how the question is phrased on your job application, you can answer appropriately.
