Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was jus in a car accident my insurance policy has been canceled and gave the insured person I hit all my information but had to leave the scene due to family emergency... I also got their information but didnt wait for cop to arrive., please tell me what I should do now.. this happened about one hour ago,, id like to speech on the phone with a lawyer to get advice asap.. willing to give mea number I can be reached at... thank you

Get ready for the police to arrive. First driving without insurance is a criminal offense. now when the other guy sues you and there's a judgment and you don't pay the judgment you license can be suspended until the judgment is paid. I'm not sure if there's any penalty for misrepresenting that you had insurance but it's not going to help you.
