Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
As a juvenile i was arrested, photographed, and fingerprinted for a school fight..i don't recall my charges, but i was in juvenile detention for 13 days, then i took a deal for community service, anger management, and a advocate..i was also on the phone track thing..what i would like to know is, was i charged with a felony, misdemeanor, or nothing at all? I'm able to purchase weapons, but adjudicated delinquents are unable to purchase firearms in pa..so is it possible the record was destroyed? and will the record show up on a FBI check?
