Juvenile crime in Beaver County, PA

My son was accused of destruction of property, resisting arrest and aggravated assault to a police officer.

There were two other boys involved in the 1st offense but they were not charged with anything because the police officer did not see them do it. How do we make them accountable? My son is being hit with all charges and expenses. While they get away scott free! What proof or research can I get involved with?

It seems strange to me that the police do not want to bring in the other two boys. Usually they want to charge everyone involved if for no other reason than it's easier to get restitution if three are paying than if just one is paying. Of course the charge of resisting arrest and assault to a police officer would only apply to your son. As far as proof and research, you are better off hiring an attorney than trying to defend the case yourself. If you can't afford an attorney the court will appoint a public defender or a private attorney to handle the case. I think that you will find that the police will eventually charge the other two boys, unless the value of the property destroyed was minimal.
