My fiance got arrested for kidnapping her own son. There was no

paperwork indicating custody. She was receiving Child support

payments in Fla. that right there indicates he knew of the

boy's whereabouts. THAT MAY BE A GOOD DEFENSE BUT THAT BY ITSELF DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR FIANCE FROM THESE CHARGES. How can this be kidnapping NEED MORE FACTS BEFORE I CAN ANSWER THAT and how can these

judges assess 50k bails without reduction. BAIL IS USUALLY PREDETERMINED BY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER BASED ON THE NATURE OF THE OFFENSE. A JUDGE HAS GREAT DESCRETION WHEN IT COMES TO REDUCING BAIL AMOUNTS AND PRETRIAL RELEASE STATUS. Her attorney (public

defender) won't talk to me even with her written permission. UNLESS YOU ARE A WITNESS OR CAN OTHERWISE ASSIST IN HER DEFENSE, HER ATTORNEY NEED NOT SPEAK TO YOU.

She has been treated worse than an animal when it comes to her

medical problems, I am sick of seeing the one I love being

treated this brutal. MEDICAL ISSUES SHOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT UP BEFORE THE JUDGE ON ANY MOTION TO REDUCE HER BAIL AMOUNT. Thank you.
