Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Am I in any kind of criminal trouble for possible theft of services

Last year my wife and I filed for bankruptcy. About a year before we filed we bought a computer on a store charge card and bought the extended warrenty. Not too long ago we had problems with the computer so I called the warrenty company and they came out and fixed it. Can I get in any trouble for using the warrenty even after we filed for bankruptcy and the debt was discharged. If it helps any I did not lead them to believe I had a current account with them.

I don't see any crime. When you purchased the warranty either it was from a third party vendor or the store itself. If a third party vendor, they were aid by the store and your bankruptcy discharged that debt. If the warranty was serviced by the store, it became part of the value of the computer which you retained after discharge.
