Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
some one used my laptop and went on some type of child pornagaphy site and the state trooper came with a warrant to seized my laptop. the warrant was successful they seized my lap top. the occupant is me and my mother but the warrant came in my moms name. what can happen to my mother. what can happen to me. i have let friends use my laptop and i have no idea who could of been on the site. so what should i do?
