Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Does Latrya Byrd have a criminal retainer against her? Did they drop the charges for retail theift? Or does she have to pay the fine off? Cause she said no that shes not going to bring it up and tell them to bring it up in the courtroom and the room number is 703 at 8am on February 6.
