Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

What law would have been broken and what would be the proper section and subsection of the PA crimes code to address this abuse of power by the police officer and also his accuser.

I have a friend who has been charged with multiple crimes of stalking by communication The woman who has alleged these crimes went to her personal friend a police officer from a borough that she dose not live in and reported that my friend has been contacting her via phone.

Is there not jurisdiction issues here and also police misconduct at hand.

Is there not a law against this type of abuse of power and of the courts.

If there was a crime at hand the woman would have had to file with the local police at the location she lives correct since that is where the woman has alleged she received these so-called phone calls .

Is there a crime that has been committed on the woman's part and also the police officers for trying to bring charges against and innocent man do to favoritism.

This is yourt friends poblem not yours. If your friend wwantsvice tell him whhis site is.

If your friend was charged those charges were reviewed but the District Attorney's Office. So they legit, Now if you wanted to bring charges the too will be reviewed by the DA;s office.
