Do juveniles have to be mirandized?

Only if they are being INTERROGATED. For example. Cop sees you with an open can of beer. You are under 21. You are arrested. They don't need to mirandize you because they don't need any testimonial facts from you. They have all they need: You + Beer + underage = illegal. You should contact an attorney to discuss your rights and fighting the charges.
